The National Judges Association (NJA) is one of the largest judging associations for the performing arts in the United States, providing adjudication for all Tournament of Bands (TOB) and Tournament Indoor Association (TIA) events across the mid-Atlantic region. With more than 150 trained judges and a membership of nearly 500 ensembles participating in TOB and TIA, NJA is dedicated to fair evaluation, professional development, and advancing the pageantry arts for students and educators alike.
